Dr Lei

Dr Zoe Lei is regularly featured at Diapason Magazine. She is a Hong Kong-based passionate performer known for her impressive technique and imaginative selection of music. She was among the “20 under 30, Class of 2021” by the Diapason Magazine for her achievements in organ, carillon, and harpsichord. Dr. Lei has performed extensively on both organ and carillon in China, Canada, and United States. She was awarded with multiple prizes in organ competitions. Apart from Organ Performing, she is an Associate Carillonneur member of the Guild of Carillonneurs in North America and bringing the first carillon to Hong Kong with the support of Art Development of Council. She held notable positions in the States, previously was the associate director of Music at St James Cathedral and the Adjunct Organ professor at Rollins College. She holds a DMA in Organ Performance and Sacred Music at the University of Michigan, where she was awarded a full scholarship from 2020-2023. Since January 2025, Dr Lei relocated to Hong Kong, China to further her music career in Asia and promote Organ Education, Sacred Music and Carillon Education. Since then, she has performed at the Cultural Centre Concert Hall (Hong Kong, China) on her 30th birthday, giving two organ recitals at Gulanyu Organ Hall (Xiamen, China) and organ recitals at St Joseph Church in Fanling (Hong Kong, China). She is currently based in Hong Kong and enjoys teaching students at school as a music teacher. On the weekends, she works as a volunteer and plays at different churches, such as Methodist International Church and Tai Po Baptist Church. In 2026, she will bring the first carillon to Hong Kong and give multiple concerts in different venues. In her free time, she enjoys doing calligraphy. She doesnt intake any private students. 李博士現為 Seven Eight Artist Management及《音叉》雜誌的演奏家，以精湛的技藝和富想像力的曲目策劃而聞名。她憑著在管風琴、鐘琴和古鍵琴方面的成就被《音叉》雜誌評為“2021 年度 20 位 30 歲以下傑出人物”。李博士曾獲多個獎項，她專門演奏二十及二十一世紀的曲目，並致力推廣新的管風琴及鐘琴音樂。她經常首演委約作品，她的足跡遍及世界多個地方，曾於中國、加拿大及美國演奏管風琴及鐘琴。她亦是北美鐘琴演奏家聯會的副鐘琴家會員。她曾於北美多個著名地點擔任教堂音樂職位，早前為聖詹姆斯大教堂音樂副總監和羅林斯學院兼任管風琴教授。她於2020年從密芝根大學獲得全額獎學金，並於2023年以優異成績完成聖樂及管風琴博士學位。 自 2025 年 1 月起，李博士移居至中國香港，在香港進一步發展她的音樂事業，並致力於推廣管風琴教育、聖樂和鐘琴教育。她自此在中國多個地點演出：她在30 歲生日那天於文化中心音樂廳（中國香港）演出，也曾在鼓浪嶼管風琴演奏廳（中國廈門）和粉嶺聖約瑟教堂（中國香港）進行管風琴獨奏表演。她目前長期定居於香港，在學校擔任音樂老師。週末，她到不同教會侍奉，例如衛理公會國際堂和大埔浸信會。 2026 年，她將把鐘琴帶到香港，並計劃在不同的場地舉辦多場音樂會。空閒時，她喜歡寫西洋書法。因工作關係，她現不收任何學生。
