英國皇家音樂學院 (Royal Academy of Music) 鋼琴系學士及碩士畢業，有十多年教學經驗，並熱心研習如何教導有特殊學習需要的學生，不論所謂的天分，盡力令每位學生都在音樂中得到慰籍。雖然主張愉快學習，但因為自己頻常有公開表演，所以也可以對演奏技巧上有很高的要求。 琴室採用兩台三角琴教學，並有大堆其他樂器及工具去豐富學生的音樂體驗，包括有管風琴、古鍵琴、口風琴、手風琴、打字機等。於作曲方面也有一定認識，如有需要會為學生度身製作教材。 Stephen studied piano at the Royal Academy of Music for the Bachelor's degree and the Master's degree, and has been teaching in Hong Kong for more than 10 years. He has a keen interest in special-needs education and actively participates in courses to learn about neurodiversity; apart from wanting to help the children who are often misunderstood, he also knows from personal experience that methods that work well for the neuordiverse population will also be beneficial for everyone. Although his general goal in teaching is to help students find joy and relief in music, he is also an active performer and can be demanding when it comes to high performance standards.
