劉老師

劉氏自細習琴﹐啟蒙自周德泉老師﹐並向陳揚儀教授(Danny Chan, 四川音樂學院客席教授）學習進階小提琴發音技術和製琴維修﹐其後跟隨意大利小提琴家Gian Paolo Peloso（香港演藝學院資深講師及香港管弦樂團獨奏家）深造各小提琴技術和Igor Ozim教學法﹐現時並進修作曲﹐指揮及其他樂器。 獲邀擔任第八屆香港青少年盃國際音樂比賽的委,另多年來活躍於多個樂團: 新世紀青年管弦樂團(MYO)﹐沙田管弦樂團(SPO)﹐理工大學管弦樂團(HKPUSUO)﹐香港大學管弦樂團(UPO﹐HKU)等﹐現於香港都會愛樂管弦樂團(HKMPO) 及灣區愛樂(GBA Phil)任第一小提琴手和小組樂手。 劉氏經常參與各類型個人﹐樂團﹐及合奏演出﹐更於2018年獲繳擔任維也納指揮 曾智斌(Jimmy Chiang) 指揮大師班的第一小提琴手。 除了涉獵古今小提琴名曲外﹐劉氏亦醉心鑽研各時期合奏和交響作品。 Lau has been playing violin since his youth, received early coaching from Mr. Martin Chow, and studied advanced tone production and violin making with Mr. Danny Chan, later on following Italian Violinist Gian Paolo Peloso to study various advanced techniques and pedagogy by Igor Ozim. Composition, conducting and other instruments are also his scope of study beside violin. Invited as jury for The 8th Hong Kong Youth Cup International Music Contest, Lau is also currently first violinist ensemble violinist in HKMPO and GBA Phil, being active in various orchestra these years: Millennium Youth Orchestra(MYO), Shatin Philharmonic Orchestra(SPO), HKPUSUO, UPOHKU etc.. Lau frequently participates in solo, orchestra and quartet performances, and was invited to play as first violinist in Mr. Jimmy Chiang Viennese conducting masterclass in 2018. More than knowledge of violin’s works, Lau is also enthusiastic in ensemble and symphonic works in different eras.
